Review of CMF Ads

Any time The Turnip of Power has something to say, I always listen. He’s a pretty sharp cookie turnip and usually gives good information and will help too if you need a hand.

When he first started the CMF Ads program, I jumped right in, joining before the program was live and have waited impatiently for the launch – which was last Friday. I like to give a new program a fair try so bought credits and started advertising on blogs – mostly blogs I already knew were good traffic generators and some new ones as well.

To my surprise, I immediately received ads on my two sites as well – and they are producing traffic. Traffic is good, especially quality traffic. I don’t want the ‘paid to click’ site type of traffic as it doesn’t offer much value. I want the real deal – people who are genuinely interested or intrigued enough by my avatar to drop by.

See the top right sidebar with the CMF logo and the ad above? That is CMF hard at work – if you click on the ‘Cat with Thumbs’ it will take you to one of the funniest, most satirical, original blogs I’ve ever read. You won’t be able to help laughing, chuckling, smirking or scratching your head in wonder at the imagination of the author.

Take a good look at CMF Ads – I think it’s a great site, with a very interesting, informative forum with very friendly, helpful people and tons of information! While you are there, be sure to sign up to start displaying ads on your sidebar. Whether you are an advertiser or a blogger, I think you will be delighted with the quality traffic and simple design of this program.

I’m going to check it out, it sounds like a good way to bring some fresh traffic to my blogs, too. Thank you very much! :)

Better than just getting traffic, it’s also a place to network and exchange ideas. Think friendly helpful forums + widget ad network.

I am going to have to give this a try. I signed up for their blog directory ages ago and forgot about it. Thanks for the review and for reminding me about their site.

Great post! I too added CMF on all my websites. For all the new CMF users, you can find a guide to register and install CMF ads on your blog at http://sidekickblog.com/adding-cmf-ads-to-your-website-37.htm
